(coming soon!) ## Pennybags' Abacus is where we use marinal utility theory in conjunction with the Mahna RPM to find native profit. ![pennybags abacus 4](https://www.myns2.com/hs-fs/hubfs/pennybags%20abacus%204.jpg?width=2000&height=2000&name=pennybags%20abacus%204.jpg "pennybags abacus 4") Named for the top-hatted figure every American of a certain age recognizes on sight — and for the oldest, warmest, most trustworthy math instrument ever invented. **Pennybags' Abacus** will be the room where our team runs the margin analysis, unit economics, and profit acceleration work on your behalf. We load twelve months of your P&L. We find the levers. We tune them. Each lever is a piece of **marginalia** — a small annotation in the margin of your business. Three percent here. Four points there. Individually they look like footnotes. Compounded across a year, they rewrite the whole book. No coaching. No transformation. No journey. Just math — very small numbers, compounded very patiently. ## What Pennybags' Abacus is NOT: - Not coaching. Nobody is going to help you find your Why. - Not a transformation. Your business does not need to be transformed. It needs to be “tuned.” - Not a workshop. The output is a set of levers and the honest math on each one. ### Pennybags is finishing his last preparations. The room opens soon. ![MYNS2 Vertical Grand emblem-1](https://www.myns2.com/hubfs/MYNS2%20Vertical%20Grand%20emblem-1.jpg "MYNS2 Vertical Grand emblem-1") #### BELLY UP - [Home](https://www.myns2.com) - [Mahna RPM Methodology](https://www.myns2.com/mahna-rpm) - [Geppetto's Workshop](https://www.myns2.com/geppettos-workshop) - [Mrs. Beeton's Still-Room](https://www.myns2.com/mrs-beetons-still-room) - [Pennybags' Abacus](https://www.myns2.com/pennybags-abacus) - [Ledgerdemain](https://www.myns2.com/ledgerdemain) - [Appleseed's Orchard](https://www.myns2.com/appleseeds-orchard) - [Resolutionism for Business](https://www.myns2.com/resolutionism-for-business) - [About Us](https://www.myns2.com/about-us) - [Contact](https://www.myns2.com/contact-myns2) - [The Blind Pig Ledger](https://www.myns2.com/the-blind-pig-ledger) [mailto:engage@myns2.com](mailto:engage@myns2.com) --- © MYNS2 2026 - 2028 | All rights reserved. ![](https://f.hubspotusercontent00.net/hubfs/7712601/back-to-top.png)
